The Springtree Property Owners Association Board of Directors is comprised of:

The board and any interested homeowners meet on the third Monday of every month in the offices of Advantage Property Management, which is located in the Towers Building (1111 SE Federal Hwy, Suite 100 in Stuart). Enter through the door on the north side of the building.

Springtree POA Committees

As new projects arise, a committee is formed and tasked with collecting information and presenting recommendations to the Board of Directors for consideration and action.

Current Committees

• Architectural Review Board
  The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is dedicated to keeping our community within the guidelines that make it the great and beautiful place to live that it is..
  
  All exterior modifications to homes or landscaping need to be submitted for review and approval by the ARB before work is accomplished. This is in addition to any permits and approvals required by the county.

• Hospitality Committee
  The Hospitality Committee is a group of volunteers within the Springtree Property Owners Association committed to making Springtree a friendly and hospitable place to live.
  
  Our mission is to develop and maintain a neighborly community at Springtree that is rich in a spirit of friendliness, courtesy, service, and helpfulness toward one another so that each resident feels acknowledged, a sense of belonging, and provided opportunities to get involved in their community. We do this by welcoming newcomers, facilitating relocation, encouraging socialization, and communication assistance

• Technology Committee
  Tasked with development and maintenance of the Springtree POA website.
  
  Providing local assistance with technology questions regarding the Springtree POA email system (establishing new accounts, assisting in setup of the account for local pop-serve service to email client software such as Outlook, Outlook Express, etc)
  
  Serves as the primary custodian and webmaster for SpringtreePOA.com website including any additions, changes, or deletions.
